Good on the crew at ICLC for committing their sense of justice, their knowledge, their time and their money to working on behalf of intersex people.
They have launched two world's firsts for intersex people - the world's first intersex legal advice service, and the world's first domestic violence service for intersex people. ICLC truly is an LGBTI organisation.
Now the question is, will ACON follow ICLC in including intersex people in its activities?
WIll other LGBT organisations now include intersex people and add I to their acronym in public recognition of that. C'mon girls and guys, step up to the plate!
even this site doesn't acknowledge Intersex which is a bit disapointing!!
Glenn, it might be a good idea to ask "Why?"
Awesome, people! Homophobia is a wicked narrow part of what our whole community is fighting. Anti-intersex, anti-trans, anti-asexuality, anti-queer: let's get rid of all the hate, yeah?
