I appreciate the sentiment of what you're saying, but maybe you should rethink the words you're using to express it. I think it's uninspiring that people still use 'lame' in a derogatory way - beyond uninspiring, it's ableist.
I love this guy!! Josh is Right!! Apparently the world is ending next year.... And here we are still fighting for equality... let alone something as simple as acknowledging a relationship with-in a "developed country" such as ours....

'THIS IS OZ' is about making Australia an inclusive place where everyone belongs.
To this end, it is just important for us to be mindful of the language(s) and symbol(s) that we use, that we use them carefully in an inclusive and respectful manner that honors and celebrates our differences and backgrounds.
Let us continue to build upon the momentum of this great campaign that celebrates our shared humanity in all its beautiful diversity.
